The AARP magazine wrote a great article this past month, "When You and Your Honey Fight About Money." While the article is geared towards retirees, the lessons cross over generational divides. Explained in a 2012 Harris Interactive poll, the average number of money fights statistically increases with age. Only 15% of couples who are 18-34 have arguments triggered by finances, whereas 36% of couples ages 55-64 DO feel triggered by money conversations. What are the most common fights about? Let's see.
